Packing, Shipping, and Handling Costs All packing, shipping, and handling costs are the responsibility of the collector. These costs will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Stella Gallerie will provide an estimate of these costs upon purchase, and the final amount will be included in the invoice.

Customs Fees and Duties The collector is responsible for all international and domestic customs fees, duties, and taxes that may apply to the shipment of their artwork. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the collector directly to the appropriate authorities.

Shipping Process

1. Packaging: We take great care in packaging our artworks to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All artworks are professionally packed using high-quality materials and techniques.

2. Shipping: Once payment is received, Stella Gallerie will arrange for the artwork to be shipped to the collector's specified address. We work with reputable shipping carriers to provide reliable and timely delivery.

3. Tracking: The collector will receive a tracking number once the artwork has been shipped. This will allow the collector to monitor the progress of the shipment until it arrives.

Delivery Time Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. Stella Gallerie will provide an estimated delivery time at the point of purchase. Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing and other unforeseen circumstances.

Insurance All shipments are fully insured for the value of the artwork. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit, the collector must notify Stella Gallerie immediately upon receipt. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and process any insurance claims.

Returns and Exchanges Due to the unique nature of fine art, all sales are final. Stella Gallerie does not accept returns or exchanges. If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss the next steps.
