Welcome to Stella Gallerie. By purchasing artwork from our gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Sales are Final
All sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure you review all details and confirm your decision before finalizing your purchase. Our expert team is here to accommodate and answer any questions.
Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee that all artwork sold by Stella Gallerie is authentic. Each piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity issued by our gallery, verifying the artwork's provenance and authenticity. This certificate is provided to assure you of the artwork's genuine status.
Payment Terms
General Sales: Payment for artwork must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified on our website. Payment must be cleared before the artwork is shipped or made available for pickup.
Credit Card Payments: A 3% processing fee will be added to the total amount for orders processed with a credit card. This fee covers the cost of processing the transaction and will be reflected on your invoice.
Commissioned Art: For custom commissioned artwork, a 20% fee of the total commission amount is applicable and paid directly to the artist. A minimum deposit of 50% of the total commission amount is required at the time of order, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the artwork.
Shipping and Handling
Insurance: All shipments and local deliveries are insured to protect against loss or damage during transit. We ensure that the artwork is carefully packaged and insured for its full value.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork and are added to the total purchase price. Collectors are responsible for these shipping charges and any associated fees.
Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe upon confirmation of your purchase.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to the artwork passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Stella Gallerie is not responsible for any loss or damage occurring during transit.
Pickup
If you choose to pick up your artwork from our gallery, please arrange a pickup time with us. Artwork must be picked up within 30 days of purchase. After this period, additional storage fees may apply.
Condition of Artwork
All artworks are sold as-is. While we ensure that each piece is in excellent condition at the time of sale, we encourage you to inspect the artwork upon receipt. Any concerns regarding the condition of the artwork should be reported to us immediately.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Sales Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
