At Stella Gallerie, we are dedicated to offering exceptional fine art and a smooth purchasing experience. Please review our Return Policy carefully, as it outlines our procedures and conditions regarding returns and exchanges.

  1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales made through Stella Gallerie are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any artwork purchased. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your selection before finalizing your purchase.

  1. Authenticity Guarantee

While we do not accept returns or exchanges, we guarantee the authenticity of all artwork sold by Stella Gallerie. Each piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, which verifies the artwork's provenance and genuine status.

  1. Inspection Upon Receipt

We encourage you to inspect your artwork upon delivery. If you have concerns about the condition of the artwork, please contact us immediately. Any issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that this does not constitute a return or exchange.

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments
  • Damage During Transit: All shipments are insured for their full value. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with the claims process through the shipping carrier, though this does not constitute a return or exchange.
  • Lost Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your order or assist with filing a claim.
  1. Custom and Commissioned Art
  • Deposits: For custom or commissioned artwork, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total commission amount is required at the time of order. This deposit secures the artist’s commitment and covers initial costs.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork. Please be aware that deposits for commissioned art are non-refundable, as they are applied toward the artist's fees and materials.
  • Final Sale: All sales of custom and commissioned artwork are final. Due to the unique nature of these pieces, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
